BECOMING DOCTOR OF PODIATRIC MEDICINE
Dr.Hormozi completed his Pre-Medical courses at the California State University of Northridge, after which he attended podiatry school at the California School of Podiatric Medicine.
After completing four years of podiatry school, Dr. Hormozi was accepted to Providence Tarzana Hospital/Southern California Kaiser Podiatry Residency Program, one most respected and elite 3-year residency programs in the United States.
Dr.Hormozi’s three-year residency training emphasized the surgical correction of complex foot and ankle deformities, sports injuries, arthroscopy, pediatric surgery, revisional foot and ankle surgery, trauma, diabetic reconstruction, and wound care limb salvage techniques. During residency, Dr. Hormozi performed thousand foot and ankle procedures and surgeries and worked with over one hundred foot and ankle surgeons.

Dr. Hormozi has given many lectures to hospital staff, sharing his knowledge and expertise in the field of foot and ankle surgery. In addition, he continues to attend many courses to improve his surgical techniques.

I went in for an ingrown toenail. The staff was very helpful and were able to squeeze me in same day. Kaiser couldn’t take care of it until a week later but my pain was too severe. Decided to come here because of a family member. I am very impressed, the Doctor is very professional and knows how to carefully treat you. The procedure was nearly painless. I was worried it would be painful but this Doctor was amazing. Highly recommend!
